1. Acceptance and use of SpeedTrack

By downloading, accessing or using SpeedTrack, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SpeedTrack provides sports information and convenience features, including calendars, session schedules, results, standings, news, widgets, favorites, notifications and reminders. Features can vary by platform, region, device, app version and subscription status.

2. Independent and unofficial service

SpeedTrack is an independent, unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, any racing team, driver, championship organizer, circuit, broadcaster or trademark owner. References to races, participants, organizations and marks are used only to identify the sporting information presented.

3. Sports information, news and reminders

Calendars, local start times, results, standings, news and other sports data are provided for general information. Events can be delayed, rescheduled, cancelled or changed, and provider data can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. SpeedTrack does not guarantee that information is immediately current, complete or error-free.

Always check an official organizer, broadcaster or event source before relying on information for travel, attendance, recording or another time-sensitive decision.

Widgets, notifications and reminders are convenience features, not guaranteed alerts. Delivery and refresh timing may depend on the operating system, permissions, battery or background restrictions, connectivity, region, time-zone settings, provider availability and device configuration. You remain responsible for checking important times independently.

4. Optional Premium, purchases and subscriptions

Core SpeedTrack features may be offered free of charge, with optional Premium purchases or subscriptions for additional features. The current product, price, billing period, trial or renewal terms are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase and may vary by country and platform.

Apple or Google processes payment, billing, renewal and refunds under the rules of the relevant store. Unless the store states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can view, manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting SpeedTrack does not by itself cancel a subscription.

SpeedTrack cannot directly change store billing records. Restoration and access may depend on the store account used for the original purchase, network availability and successful validation by the store. Mandatory consumer rights and the store's applicable refund rules are not limited by these Terms.

5. Third-party content and services

SpeedTrack may display or link to news, RSS feeds, sports-data providers, websites, app stores or other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and may change, become unavailable or apply their own terms and privacy policies. A link or integration does not mean SpeedTrack endorses the third party or controls its content.

You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before using their services. To the extent permitted by law, SpeedTrack is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, transactions or data practices.

6. Acceptable use

You may use SpeedTrack for lawful personal use. You must not:

• Interfere with, overload, damage or attempt to bypass the security of the app, website or supporting services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract or redistribute content in a way that harms the service or violates third-party rights or terms.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use SpeedTrack for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.
• Misrepresent an association with SpeedTrack or use the service to distribute malicious code.

Access may be restricted or ended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers or legal rights.

7. Availability, changes and reasonable limitation of liability

SpeedTrack may add, modify, suspend or discontinue a feature to improve the service, respond to platform or provider changes, maintain security or comply with law. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures, store issues, provider outages and events outside reasonable control may affect the service.

SpeedTrack is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpeedTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data or opportunity, missed events or alerts, or loss caused by inaccurate or delayed third-party information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where liability can lawfully be limited, SpeedTrack's total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms and contact

These Terms may be updated when the service, stores, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted in the app or through another appropriate channel. Continuing to use SpeedTrack after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, where permitted by law.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it.
